Following this, seasonal maintenance treatments are performed regularly and typically take less time while we monitor and maintain protection.
Do you guarantee your pest control services?

Do you provide pest control services during the winter months?
We strongly recommend continuing pest control services during the winter. Doing so helps drastically reduce the number of pests that appear in the warmer months. Only 7–8% of pests naturally die off in winter, and many bugs don’t hibernate; they seek warmth around windows, doors, dryer vents, or even embed in the sides of homes. Every plan includes our 5-step treatment process: eave sweep and dust, exterior foundation treatment, shrubs, plants & mush, home interior treatment, and full yard spray. Plans start at $139 per treatment, or roughly $46 per month when billed over three months, and are backed by our free re-service guarantee.
A technician just treated my home, and we experienced heavy rain. Do I need a re-service?
Our treatments are designed to withstand light to moderate rain and continue working long-term, reaching back to the pests’ nests. You may notice a temporary increase in activity, which is normal, as the treatment agitates the pests. Activity should begin to decrease within a few days. If you’re still seeing issues, we can schedule a re-service 7–10 days after your original treatment at no additional cost.
I recently received a service and am still seeing pests. Can you send a technician for a follow-up treatment?
Our treatments work long-term and reach the pests’ nests. You may notice a temporary increase in activity, which is normal, but it should decrease within a few days. If pests are still present 14 days after service, contact us for a free re-service to ensure your home is pest-free.
Does Diamond Pest Solutions treats bed bugs?
Yes, Diamond Pest Solutions provides bed bug control using a proven, non-fumigation method. Instead of tenting or gassing your home, we use targeted steam and dust treatments to eliminate bed bugs where they hide and help prevent them from returning.

How do I reschedule a service appointment?

Do I need to be out of the home during or after my appointment?
Not usually required, but as a precaution, we recommend that children under 2, pregnant individuals, or anyone with breathing difficulties stay out of the home for 1–2 hours during interior treatments, especially in carpeted rooms or when treating for fleas.
